Des mesures peuvent \u00eatre prises en cas d\u2019urgence, par lesquelles le CLS s\u2019occupe du cas en priorit\u00e9, en avan\u00e7ant le normal d\u00e9lai pour la question. <\/h3>\n<p>Cas graves et urgents<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Les plaignants peuvent demander qu\u2019un cas soit trait\u00e9 avec urgence. Cela doit \u00eatre justifi\u00e9 par les informations donn\u00e9es dans la plainte. Les questions mettant en cause la vie ou la libert\u00e9 d\u2019individus ou les cas o\u00f9 des conditions nouvelles ou changeantes affectent la libert\u00e9 d\u2019action d\u2019un mouvement syndical dans son ensemble, les cas relatifs \u00e0 un \u00e9tat d\u2019urgence continu, et les cas qui impliquent la dissolution d\u2019une organisation sont class\u00e9s comme urgents.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les cas graves et urgents, des contacts pr\u00e9liminaires peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9tablis pour recueillir des informations pr\u00e9liminaires sur les all\u00e9gations ayant donn\u00e9 lieu aux plaintes ou pour attirer l&#8217;attention des autorit\u00e9s sur les principes et les proc\u00e9dures de l&#8217;OIT concernant la libert\u00e9 syndicale et la reconnaissance effective du droit de n\u00e9gociation collective. <a href=\"https:\/\/guide-supervision.ilo.org\/fr\/defendre\/on-peut-avoir-recours-aux-contacts-preliminaires-aux-contacts-directs-ou-aux-missions-tripartites\/\">Voir l&#8217;\u00e9tape \u00ab3.
